  • In the event that the incorrect shipping address was provided for the order, the address must be corrected within 24 hours of the time of purchasing. Send the correct order address to our email ( bygraceapothecaryservices@gmail.com ) with your order number. If the correct address is not provided until after the package ships out, the buyer is responsible for purchasing a new shipping label once the original package is returned to By Grace Apothecary via the shipping carrier.
