• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card through Goimagine's payment processing. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

• Custom Orders: Custom orders may require additional processing time. Please contact us for a more accurate timeframe if you are placing a custom order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, but please contact us if this occurs. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.   • In the event that the incorrect shipping address was provided for the order, the address must be corrected within 24 hours of the time of purchasing. Send the correct order address to our email ( bygraceapothecaryservices@gmail.com ) with your order number. If the correct address is not provided until after the package ships out, the buyer is responsible for purchasing a new shipping label once the original package is returned to By Grace Apothecary via the shipping carrier.
