WARM WEATHER SHIPPING NOTICE: If your lip balm arrives melted, let sit at room temperature WITHOUT OPENING THE CONTAINER until the consistency returns to normal.  The lip balm will be able to then be used exactly as it was intended.   The oils in the product will NOT be harmed in any way, and the product will be able to be used as normal.   If the item does melt during delivery, a refund/replacement will not be issued.
